In fact, it is not unusual for children to spend anywhere from an hour to two hours a day working out! From personal experience, when I work out, I'm in the gym five days a week, alternating between an hour of cardio and hours of weight training. And at that time in the gym adds up! Some people even go further by joining classes, getting a personal trainer and friends at the local juice bar. So no surprise that because some of us spend so much time in the gym, we would like to know how to meet women there! After all, not just the fact that some children spend much time practicing in the gym, there's also the fact that some very attractive women spend much time there! (In an effort to remain as natural as possible.) But while it makes sense to try and meet girls during your workout may seem like a very difficult task! But if you know some simple tricks to meet women at the gym, you may be surprised to find that it is actually easier to do what you think. Let's go through the tips now ... If you see a beautiful girl who would like to respond to doing cardio, see if you can get on a machine next to her to do your cardio. This will give you the opportunity to start a conversation with her.
You will be amazed at how easy it is to talk to someone when you are doing a cardio workout, and that's why cardio is boring. The girl is normally attend the closed caption TV, flipping through a magazine, or listen to music on an iPod. But talking to someone who can pass the time as fast and as long as your approach is smooth, it will be more than willing to talk with you!
Tip # 2: Learn Playlist Her
One of the biggest obstacles faced guys in the gym are competing with iPods. People like to listen to music while working out and watching a pair of earplugs, you may be surprised at the beginning of a conversation.
But I have found that in fact asking the woman about the music they listen to when working out is a great way to not only get her to listen to you instead of music, but a good way to quickly link up with by mutual interests.
The way I do, is to try and take care of the girl, or the waves against the theft of her shoulder. She will get her to stop her music and looks. Then you say ...
"Sorry to bother you, okay to ask what are you listening?"
When you give the answer, you can respond:
"I get kind of bored with my music, so I'm looking for some new things to hear during my workout. What kind of music you think is the best workout to;"
From there, I can start talking about their favorite bands, concerts I have, etc. It's a great way to draw attention away from the iPod and focused on you!
Tip # 3: Offer Tips
Often times, you see girls who work across a variety of fitness machines and weights. A great way to start conversations with them is to offer advice or comments on the form.
Just make sure it is 'friendly' proposals, and that you are not telling them to do things wrong.
People in the gym working without personal trainers usually have mistakes in how they use machines or perform a particular exercise. So if you can offer some advice on how to make training more effectively, we really really appreciate it!
And when you offer your advice, you can start asking them about the training objectives and continue the conversation from there.
This is a very effective way of meeting girls who are training with weights.
Tip # 4: enroll in a class
Most gyms offer a variety of courses you can register. These range from yoga, spinning, dancing, etc.
Here's a tip - most of these categories are filled by a majority of women. So, taking a class can give you a great opportunity to meet girls!
Not only that, but many classes can be social functions, and give you excuses to talk and chit-chat with the girls. I can not tell you how many girls I've dated since I was the only boy in their class at the gym.
You will also notice many of the girls in your classes and work out in gym, so they have a great way to cover them, if you see them in the area of training. Just approach them and say "Hey, you're not into spinning (or whatever) my class?"
Seriously, does not get much easier than this!
Tip # 5: Take advantage of the Juice Bar
Most gyms today have some kind of juice bars, or place where you can sit and drink a protein shake or smoothie. Take advantage of this when trying to meet women at the gym!
There are two ways you can use a juice bar ...
The first is to invite women you meet while working out to join you for a drink. This is a great way to become an "instant date" after meeting a girl. Instead of letting the girl just left after having done the configuration, ask if they will be interested in grabbing a drink with you at the bar smoothie.
Then sit down and talk with her. It's just like getting coffee together, but much quicker and easier.
The second way to use the space bar juice is really to see if there are women who would like to meet there already, and ask to meet them while sipping drinks. Most women will not deny you, and you can start chit-chatting with them after you sit.
Finally, there are many great ways to meet women during your workout. Just keep trying different methods until you find what works for you.
